Shine Muscat Parfait

Showcasing Shine Muscat grapes from Aman’s Yamanashi Prefecture partner farms, The Lounge by Aman offers guests the fresh, fragrant flavours of the Shine Muscat Parfait. Available for a short time only, the parfait highlights the sweet, wine-like flavour of the grapes, complemented by the acidity of yoghurt cream and vervain gelée. A coconut meringue and amaretti add lightness and texture, while Sauternes, Koshu grape sorbet and lemon granita provide an elegant yet refreshing finish.
