One Dinner Two Journeys

On Friday 25 and Saturday 26 October, join Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Musashi and Area Director of Western Cuisine Masakazu Hiraki for the fifth edition of One Dinner Two Journeys. The theme of this collaborative culinary journey is Autumn Harvest Festival where the two masters will compete using fine ingredients such as white truffle, kue fish, Shine muscat and wagyu beef to conjure a single memorable course for 18 diners per day. A sommelier will be on hand to carefully pair wine and sake. Reservations are required.
