Marron Forêt Dessert

Welcoming the start of the autumn season, The Café by Aman will offer an elegant Marron Forêt Dessert, celebrating the subtle sweetness of Japanese chestnut. Designed to reflect a traditional Mont Blanc, its upper tier is made with delicate marrons glacés (chestnuts candied in sugar syrup and glazed), while its tart-like base is filled with a rich Mont Blanc cream made with custard and Chantilly. The dessert is elegantly topped with walnuts and chocolate-flavoured meringue adding a decedent finish.  

Further showcasing this much-loved seasonal ingredient, a marron pound cake, marron mousse and marron ice cream made with Japanese chestnuts, will also be available.
