Christmas Cakes and Stollen

La Pâtisserie by Aman Tokyo presents its traditional holiday classic, stollen, alongside two exquisite Christmas cakes, the Bûche de Noël and Monte Bianco, inspired by the serene beauty of winter. 

A soft sponge cake crafted with organic Hokkaido wheat (Kitahonami) and Sagamihara eggs (Sagamikko), the Bûche de Noël is rolled with a rich brown sugar and vanilla buttercream. Layered with strawberry jam, it is topped with fresh strawberries for a vibrant festive feel.  

A sophisticated Christmas delight, the Monte Bianco blends Sagamihara eggs and finely chopped French black truffles with a light, crispy meringue and a velvety custard cream. The cake is finished with a compote of Japanese chestnuts from Kumamoto Prefecture - a luxurious holiday indulgence.
