For a limited time only, The Lounge by Aman presents the Marron Parfait, adorned with seasonal chestnuts, and complemented by a honey diplomat cream. The refreshing acidity of sangria jelly and blackcurrant compote balances the rich sweetness of the chestnuts, while whisky adds a mature depth. Japanese chestnut ice cream, Mont Blanc cream and hojicha granita bring a distinctly Japanese touch. Caramel and chestnut skin accentuate the flavours, celebrating the essence of the season.
