Overlooking Amandari’s swimming pool with panoramic views of the Ayung River Valley, the open-air Restaurant serves Balinese heritage cuisine as well as Indonesian fare and a range of international dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Every evening at dusk, as candles pool their light on the gleaming wooden tables, gamelan players perform their intriguing melodies in the waterside music pavilion, accompanied by a chorus of birds.
Curating cuisine that honours local traditions, expresses regional diversity and is ethically conscious and sustainable, Amandari sources fresh produce from its own organic garden and local farms. Balinese heritage rice, heritage pig, artisinal sea salt, and traditional coconut sugar are produced on the island.
Open to the thatched rafters high above, with gently whirring ceiling fans and incredible tree-top views, the restaurant is a serenely intimate setting catering for up to 50 diners. A private dining room with the same burnished wood and rattan details seats 20 guests.
Amandari’s menus reflect what is seasonally available and can be tailored to suit any health requirement or personal preference. Delicious balanced meals are designed to complement specific wellness initiatives, whether you’re undertaking a purifying cleanse or preparing for an endurance event.
The Restaurant is open to both hotel guests and visitors from 6.30am until 11pm
