Traditional healing arts of the Philippines
One of many soothing therapies available in the spa, the Hilot massage alternates hot and cold to rebalance areas of tension, making use of banana leaves and cold-pressed coconut oil.
Inspired by the World’s seas
The Seven Seas Massage is a combination of massage techniques based on approaches used by traditional healers around the seven seas of the world. This indulgent treatment is designed to be enjoyed in the outdoor spa cabana and incorporates warm bamboo and Himalayan stones with long strokes for improved circulation and an optimal relaxation experience.
Channeling hope
This full body massage is named Pag-asa, after the Filipino for ‘hope’. Using the cumulative healing knowledge of our expert therapists, it aims to channel intuition and kindness to heal and rejuvenate. Proceeds benefit the Andres Soriano Foundation, which supports education, healthcare and financial sustainability on Manamoc Island.

For a unique experience of mind and body coming together in an idyllic setting, book a private session with one of our expert yoga or meditation guides. These take place in the tranquil yoga studio or at the Healing Garden on the island summit overlooking the sea and daily group classes are also offered.

Visiting Specialist Javier De Prado
Javier specialises in craniosacral therapy, osteo Thai massage and visceral manipulation. With his expertise, Javier intuitively identifies areas of tension in the body and gently releases stress within a safe and soothing environment. He teaches Thai Massage and shares his method, known as ‘The Art of Touch’, at renowned wellness centres around the world. Known for his gentle hands, Javier has a special talent for listening and provides exceptional care.

Aman Spa’s resident specialist, Elmer Munar, provides guests with a diverse range of approaches tailored to support their fitness and wellness journey. Elmer is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor who specialises in fat loss, toning, strength and endurance training, body conditioning yoga, mat Pilates and mobility training. He is also an experienced holistic Thai Massage stretch therapist and incorporates elements of Thai massage and yoga into his transformational work with clients.
