- Valid for new bookings, subject to availability
- This offer is standalone, and rates are quoted on single or double occupancy per room
- Does not apply to groups of 5 or more rooms, negotiated or reduced rates
- Exclusive can be closed off anytime depending hotel occupancy
- Valid for bookings at the Casita’s and One-Bedroom Villa only
- Valid for stays that begin any day from Sunday to Thursday, with a minimum stay of 5 nights
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge for foreign nationals, for Philippine residents and nationals, rates are subject to 12% service charge and 12% government tax
- Maximum 2 adults and 2 children (ages 11 years & below) OR 3 adults can stay per room
- Minibar includes non-alcoholic beverages only, replenished once per day
- Extension night is for bed & breakfast only
- Cancellations and payments as per hotel standard terms
- 50% deposit is required upon confirmation
- Full pre-payment is required 21 days prior to arrival
