Tea House
Savour Western bistro style lunches and dinners while taking in panoramic vistas of the 800 years old ancient city or bask in the gentle warmth of Lijiang's afternoon sun, accompanied by an exquisite selection of Chinese and Western teas paired with afternoon tea. Culinary Discovery
Enjoy a traditional Nakhi hotpot at Man Yi Xuan or a traditional tea tasting of the finest Yunnan Black Tea and aged Puer Tea at the Tea House. In season, between June and September, Amandayan also offers a wild mushroom picking experience, guiding guests through forests and across rivers, before inviting them to feast on their foraged delicacies.

Beside Wenchang Palace, Amandayan Tea House offers indoor and outdoor dining in an elegant setting. Whether surrounding by an interior of rustic warmth or on the terrace, with panoramic views of the Dayan Old Town, a refreshing, mountain-inspired afternoon tea is served, combining a variety of fine teas and sweet and savoury delicacies – some inspired by traditional Nakhi treats and others by locally grown fruits.

Amandayan Spring Menu - Taste of Flowers and Vegetables
When spring embraces Lijiang, it brings with it new buds on the majestic crab-apple trees that surround Wenchang Palace. Just as the flowers come into bloom, so too do the wild vegetables that grow in the surrounding regions.
