Private Dining Balé
Perched right on the lip of the Ayung River Gorge, the open-sided Balé accommodates up to four guests for private breakfasts, picnic lunches and candlelit dinners.
As the island awakes, enjoy the dawn chorus with a stroll or hike through the rice paddies, then savour a delicious breakfast in the Dining Balé. Seemingly perched above the valley with your own bird’s eye views, sip freshly squeezed fruit juices, and tuck into warm-from-the-oven pastries as coffee scents the morning air.
During the evening, guests can enjoy the Megibung Balinese Feast. Inspired by the last King of Karangasem, the feast features delectable island dishes and a live dance performance.
