Amanemu meets Arva

For two nights only, Aman Tokyo's Italian restaurant, Arva, will welcome Executive Chef Katsutoshi Kitahara from Amanemu, a serene coastal retreat in Ise-Shima National Park.  
Chef Katsutoshi Kitahara and Aman Japan's Chief Western Chef, Masakazu Hiraki, will combine their expertise to create an exceptional, multi-course dining experience celebrating the authentic, heartwarming and seasonal culinary culture of their regions – from Italy to the Mie prefecture.
