Discover the incredible work of the Bevilacqua and Orsoni ateliers. During a private tour of the Bevilacqua workshop, guests will have the unique opportunity to see the weavers at work, and at the Orsoni atelier, will watch the production of 24k gold leaf mosaics. This tour is available Monday to Friday.
A Culinary Sailing Experience
Embrace the summer season at Aman Venice with a culinary sailing experience along the Grand Canal in historic boat, Edipo Re – famous for carrying Italian film director Pier Paolo Pasolini and renowned opera singer Maria Callas. The experience starts with an elegant lunch cooked before guests’eyes by Aman Venice’s chef, Matteo Panfilio, using the seasonal produce sourced from the market, fresh fish from the lagoon and produce from the surrounding islands. After lunch, guests are invited to relax as the Edipo Re glides Venice’s waterways, navigating its many islands and hidden nature spots.
Lagoon aperitivo
In the late afternoon, head west down the Grand Canal and wind through the smaller canals out to the Giudecca and into the lagoon. Take your aperitivo with a selection of delicious Venetian cicchetti and enjoy the views of fishermen hauling in their nets as the sun begins to set behind distant islands.
