Cuisine that awakens and transports

Drawing inspiration from the natural bounty of the Caribbean, two distinct seasonal menus entice guests to dine overlooking tranquil reflection ponds and the Atlantic beyond. Begin the day with classic eggs benedict, a hearty Caribbean burrito, decadent waffles or healthy Açai bowls and coconut chia pudding. Then at dusk, be transported to the East with a dinner menu featuring dishes ranging from sushi and sashimi in the Moriawase tradition, to fragrant curries and favourites such as Miso Black Cod and A4 Japanese Wagyu Beef.


A choice of settings 

A magnificent venue with uninterrupted sea views, the Restaurant is divided into three areas, a courtyard with outdoor seating scattered beneath the dappled shade of two great mahogany trees, a terrace with views across the central reflection pond and an enclosed dining room offering an air-conditioned space ideal for families or group gatherings. Wherever you dine, the Restaurant’s laidback ambience is underpinned by impeccable service and exquisite fine dining, ensuring every meal in this welcoming space is a whole new experience.
