International flights 

The closest Airport to Amanemu is Chubu Centrair International Airport (NGO). The journey is approximately three hours by car or 25 minutes by helicopter. Direct flights to NGO are available from a handful of international cities including Helsinki, Shanghai, Beijing, Bangkok and Hanoi.
 

Entry requirements/visas

Applying for a visa to travel in Japan can be done in several ways. For short-term stays (of up to 90 days,) visitors can choose apply via the eVISA system or make a direct application through a travel agent. For long-term stays (over 90 days) a direct application is required.  
 

Airport transfers 

Amanemu’s limousine service can be arranged for seamless, direct airport transfers. Guests can also take a train to or from the airport to Kashikojima Station, just a 20-minute drive from Amanemu. Complimentary transfers are offered to and from the station. 

Train from Chubu Centrair International Airport (NGO): 

  1. Take the Meitetsu Airport Express from NGO to Nagoya Station. (30mins)
  2. Take the Kintetsu Limited Express from Nagoya to Kashikojima Sstation. (120mins)
  3. Enjoy a complimentary car transfer from Kashikojima Station to Amanemu. (20mins)

For guests travelling from the capital, the journey from Tokyo Station to Nagoya Station is approximately 95 minutes by bullet train. On arrival at Nagoya Station, guests will need to follow the steps above.  

A direct train to Kashikojima Station is also available from Kyoto taking approximately two hours and 45 minutes.

  • Haneda, Japan – 1hr 

  • Shanghai, China - 2hrs 30min  

  • Hanoi, Vietnam – 5hrs 

  • Bangkok, Thailand – 6hrs  
     

Private Travel

Alongside limousine transfers, a private helicopter service can also be arranged, arriving on Amanemu’s very own landing spot.
