Aman Le Mélézin’s serene spa, swimming pool, fitness and hydrotherapy areas are spread over two entire floors of the four-floor hotel. Offering a wide range of therapeutic and pampering treatments, it is the ideal space in which to prepare, or recover from, an active day in the magnificent outdoors.

Signature Treatment
The rejuvenating Mélézin spa journey begins with dry body brushing to stimulate circulation, followed by a hot oil massage incorporating hot stones to release muscular tension and eliminate lactic acid build-up. Finally, rehydrate and nourish your skin with a moisturizing facial – the perfect antidote to the drying Alpine elements.
Deep Tissue Massage
Using their intuition and a range of diverse techniques, our spa therapists will tailor this therapeutic massage to address your specific tension areas with a unique blend of warm oils and long, slow strokes.
Après-ski Foot Massage
This 50-minute foot and leg massage begins with vigorous dry brushing to stimulate circulation and clear lactic acid build-up. Incorporating deep tissue massaging techniques and application of cold stones, this treatment works to reduce pain and discomfort linked to inflammation while promoting relaxation. Gentle stretching concludes the treatment.

Dr John Sanchez
A Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner with more than a decade of experience, Dr John Sanchez will offer guests a range of TCM treatments, acupuncture, deep tissue massage, reflexology and movement classes including Yin Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and his signature Animal Flow. Multi-day Taoist Medicine Journeys will also be available, focused on recovery and conditioning or mindfulness and energy balancing.

Auriane Pellissier
While yoga and Ayurveda offer a spectrum of benefits, for Auriane Pellissier it is their therapeutic aspects, their ability to heal, that she finds most fascinating. As resident specialist, Pellissier will offer a range of therapeutic treatments combining elements of Ayurveda, osteopathy, fascia therapy, yoga and other bodywork disciplines, drawing on her years of experience in India and beyond.
Aman Advanced Facial
Made in Japan, Aman’s new functional skincare line, Essential Skin, is infused with powerful rice bran and indigo extracts, to achieve noticeably lifted, more radiant skin. Combining products from the Essentials Skin line with exfoliation and manual lifting techniques, the Aman Advanced Facial stimulates face muscles to improve the skin’s overall texture.
The treatment begins with ultrasonic scrubbing to loosen and remove oil and debris from the pores. Supported by electric muscle stimulation and massage to firm, and cryo bulbs to eliminate puffiness, the complexion appears brighter and tighter. The treatment continues with the application of a marine mineral mask to deeply hydrate, followed by Aman x 111Skin Nourishing Gold Algae hydrogel face and eye masks to achieve an exceptional glow. For a wholly rejuvenation process, the facial can be extended to incorporate a 15-minute scalp massage.
