A villa unlike any other, Villa 31 features an immersive “Sky Space’ by world-renowned artist James Turrell:

“We are creatures of the light, especially sunlight. Without light, there is no life. Amanzoe means ‘peaceful life’ and I hope those who experience this work will feel a peaceful sense of the power of the light.”

This cubic Sky Space in dramatic grey and black marble, with its vast aperture to the intense blue sky, is for the private use of villa 31 guests only. Villa 31 enjoys extensive 360 degree views from sunrise to sunset. The villa comprises a master bedroom suite, an over-sized infinity pool, extensive shaded terraces, a reflecting pool, a large outdoor living area, a kitchen and an outdoor breakfast bar. A team of staff including a dedicated chef and Villa host is on hand to tend to every need.

With its classically inspired architecture, Villa 31 is designed to continue the experience of the outdoors with light-filled interiors.
