Pastry chef Takuya Inoue has reimagined Aman Tokyo’s popular Forêt Dessert selection for the festive season. Served in the Narnia-like woodland setting of The Café by Aman, the menu includes a vibrant array of elegant, sweet treats, including lychee mousse with berry and rose jelly, yuzu tart with praline mousseline and a Madagascan vanilla and raspberry vacherin.
