Celebrate the New Year with La Patisserie by Aman’s Galette des Rois, available for ten days only. The timeless French treat features a buttery pie crust made from organic Hokkaido wheat and filled with a luxurious Sicilian almond cream. Traditionally, Galette des Rois is known to have a small ceramic fève (charm) hidden inside, said to bring good fortune. Aman Tokyo’s Galette des Rois features a single almond as its fève.
