Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Amangani’s main restaurant gazes over the Snake River Valley towards the spectacular snow-capped peaks of the Tetons. Accessed via a magnificent sweep of stairs, The Grill’s abundance of space and pared back décor inspired by the wilderness all round draw attention to the venue’s incomparable mountain views and its sublime cuisine. Showcasing the region’s natural bounty, menus have a seasonal focus and a global sensibility, elevating the traditional fare and culinary techniques of the West to introduce a new American cuisine.
Specialising in local, sustainable ranch meats, fresh fish and seasonal farm-to-table produce, The Grill’s menu is expertly curated by Executive Chef Manuel Fernandez who combines global culinary influences with the finest regional ingredients. These include caribou sausages, elk T-bone and bison short rib, lobster, trout and halibut, Idaho potatoes and Utah honeycomb. Menus change frequently to reflect the nuances of each season and to showcase the best of sea, stream, pasture and field.
With Amangani’s lofty butte-top setting and a vast expanse of wrap-around, floor-to-ceiling windows, The Grill offers extraordinary views from both inside and out. The cosy, redwood-panelled expanse within embraces the awe-inspiring panorama of the Teton Range with the Snake River Valley ensconced between. Outside on the restaurant’s alfresco Grand Terrace, the mountain peaks rear from the horizon in an enduring display of majestic grandeur.
The Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 6:30am to 9:00pm.
