To celebrate the 7th anniversary of Arva, seven types of limoncello made with naturally farmed lemons from Hiroshima, will enhance the restaurant’s beverage menu throughout February.
Created by Masakazu Hiraki, Aman Japan's Western Culinary Director, using all natural, organic and sustainable ingredients, the limoncello menu includes those made with yuzu, bergamot and apple mint for a unique twist on this authentic digestif.
A special cocktail, the ‘Espresso Cello’, made with coffee beans and a Chinese herbal limoncello blended with spices such as anise and cinnamon will also be available. The perfect after dinner drink during the winter months.
