Join Executive Chef, Reza Kurniawan on a seven-course culinary journey. Using locally sourced ingredients, Chef Reza crafts exquisite dishses, explaining their origins and his techniques. Tailored to your tastes, the experience also included a pre-meal consultation and optional wine pairings to complement each course. 

Cooking Class

Discover the essence of Javanese cuisine with Amanjiwo's cooking class. Learn to prepare traditional dishes like nasi goreng and gado-gado using authentic techniques and fresh ingredients. The Joglo Sawah is available for cooking classes and private dining from 7am until 11pm.
