Clinical and physical wellness

On arrival, guests are welcomed into the tranquil reception with its Boutique. Beyond lie consultation and therapy rooms where integrative and functional Medicine practitioners – offer a range of non-invasive treatments. The floor is rounded out by a Cryotherapy Chamber, Fitness Centre and Pilates Studio featuring Reformers.

Stimulating wellbeing

The second floor is centred around a spectacular 20-metre (65 foot) heated swimming pool with lounging areas and fire pits. Changing rooms lead to a sauna, steam room and rain showers, set alongside a Yoga Movement Studio for private sessions.

Optimisation

The third floor is designed for optimisation and emotional wellness, housing seven tranquil treatment rooms to enjoy a variety of spa experiences including facials, massages and polish and wrap rituals. For finishing touches, a hair and nail salon, in partnership with John Barret Salon, offers nail services, hairstyling, cutting and colour treatments.
